Skilled in all styles of Yoga, Wendy received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training in Pranakriya style Yoga. Her advanced 500 hour training is in Restorative style Yoga. She is a certified Meditation Instructor through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals. She has been teaching Yoga since 2005.
